Maria Stefania Scardigno
She is a researcher in Private Law at the Department of Law of the University of Bari Aldo Moro and professor of Media Law in the courses of study of Law and Communication Sciences. Former research fellow in Private Law, he has carried out advanced studies in Italy and abroad in the field of European Private Law. She is the author of several writings on property and real rights, obligations and contracts, consumer protection and civil liability.
